Harmers Wood is currently both a Charity under the auspices of the Charity Commission and a Company registered at Companies House. This has proved to be over complicated and at a recent public meeting of the Friends of Harmers Wood, we decided to start the process of simplifying our constitution.
We will publish our new constitution on this page when it is finalised.
